Founder (1931 – 2014)

Founded the firm in 1958. He dedicated his life to the practice of law, praised in various fields of law, especially in Commercial, Tax, Labor, Civil and Family Law, Aribtral Proceedings and through his representation of foreign companies. Member of the Board of Directors of several companies and the Arbitration Committee of the Center for Conciliation and Arbitration of the National Chamber of Commerce of Bolivia. In his personal life, he had actively participated as a leader in social and non-profit institutions. He received various awards and recognitions, among them from the Federal Republic of Germany, distinguishing him for his 50 years of professional service, as well as recognitions from the Bolivian Navy Force and the National Chamber of Commerce for his career as a Director of the Institution for 21 years and others for the services performed during his ample and successful professional career. He mentored several generations of lawyers. His dedication, passion, and commitment to our clients, teachings and guidance of numerous colleagues through their initial practice years, inspire us in the continuity of what was his life project.
